COMMENTS:

Stay away from Plantation Homes at all costs. They treat their employees like... At least non construction people. You will work so hard and they will pile so much on you until you break. After the home is built they make salespeople walk through the home with customer and write down construction errors and explain everything about the home. This is supposed to be done by the construction managers! All other builders make the the the construction manager complete that task. That's just one example of how you are forced to work that is typically done by other people at other homebuilders.

This company does not care about their salespeople as they are seen as disposable. Your health will suffer if you work here...its not worth it. Also, Plantation is part of MHI so the others are just as bad

COMPENSATION:

Plantation has a tiered commission structure which isn't good until you've been with the company for some time and gotten to high rate but once you do you can really earn some bucks. Not uncommon for sales people to earn over 150,000 per year.....
