hierarchical, strict, cut-throat, conservative, old-fashioned, disorganized, political, high-pressure, bureaucratic, unprofessional

COMMENTS:

NLEI offers nothing to enhance the latino population! It is more about the Executive Director's mission to control everyone. Favortism runs rampant!

Don't work here - the pay is low and it will affect your health!

COMPENSATION:

Salary is only above min wage. No raises. Vaction time is not the standard in the industry

COMMENTS:

Company is extremely dysfunctional.

Salary a little above min wage.
No raises
Lie and say if you work hard you will get promoted
You apply for a certain job and they offer you something else with low salary


COMPENSATION:

I am so glad I got out! Don't work here...you will regret it!
