arrogance, greed, incompetence, lies, totally untrustworthy. internal company ethics , code of conduct, safety procedures are randomly enforced and mostly a joke. inept Management and HR care only about bottom line and preserving their unjustified "power-trip" procedures. FDC never has nor ever will attain "most admired" status. avoid as a employee and customer.
Really the only good part about First Data are the benefits. You have a flexible schedule option along with a great benefits package. What makes this a disappointing place to work is that management doesn't seem to care about employees when they are below a certain level. The culture is one of fear and intimidation. This all occurred whenKKR took over. Things have taken a turn for the worst since they bought First Data.
