Great benefits, but you have to be nice to everyone since your bonus can be affected by how your boss AND your colleagues and subordinates rate you.
$90,000 plus bonus (aprox $10k). Supposedly this is on the upper end for this position.
Your experience will vary greatly depending on the management and group you are in. The people here are intelligent and team players.
I feel there is ample opportunity for advancement. Things move a bit slower at Fidelity but overall a great place.
3 weeks vacation and 15% profit sharing. Base and bonus come out to around $80,000
