Be a yes man and do not think of new ways to improve things. Do things as they have always been done even though they are inefficient and ineffective. Too many bosses who get paid way too much, and the techs don't get paid anything close to industry standard. The bosses keep employees pay low so they can keep their bonuses for coming in way under budget. You will have to train someone who makes more then you because management screwed up in the hiring process trying to get a body in the door. Morale is low and management doesn't really care unless it's around a holiday or someone dies. Even if an employee has been wronged there is nothing they can do thanks to Wyoming's Right to Work Laws. It's not a place to work for unless you are desperate for a job that pays low and treats employees like dirt once they have been hired. Raises don't keep pace with inflation, so expect to make less every year.
27,000 to start, 31,000 after 3 raises, 1 wk vacation to start, 2 weeks now. bonus doesn't really count since it goes into 401k where you can't use it until u retire, and even then you don't make enough for the lousy amount to be worth anything. If you like free coffee then there is your biggest perk!
