The owners have all the drive and dedication of a new startup, but lack any competency in keeping the company afloat. Most staff was let go within the year's time and now they operate on a pay-per-project basis. Used to be an animation studio, but their reputation for mistreating their artists has kept anyone from staying on or applying. Now their site looks and feels like an ad for mobile ringtones and not for an actual media site. If you enter a contract with them, make sure it's solid and that you know what you're getting in to.
If the owners liked you, you got full time, with decent benefits and salary. But at the first sign of fiscal trouble it's the first thing to go.
