Borders keeps things relaxed and laid-back for their entry level employees which is great though this changes a bit as you move up the ladder. Understandably things get pressured to hit your numbers as you move up. I like the company and the culture but there are some DMs out there that can make your work life very difficult to say the least. There is a Strong push for all types of diversity.
