Cons - There is always going to be that coworker or manager you don't like. But overall i have no complaints.

My awesome co-workers are what made this job bearable. Customers can be difficult especially when things are busy on the weekends and there are not enough associates to help everyone. Awesome discount you can use at Old Navy and Gap too. My store use to have flexible schedules but this changed which is why I had to leave. I'm not sure if other stores are like this. You should ask before you make any commitments. One more thing they make you push that BR credit card really hard.
