COMMENTS:

The only good thing about working here was the discounts!! They give you one free outfit; which you get to pick from the store, per season. PLUS a 75% "clothing allowance" discount for something like a pair of jeans and 2 tops to wear to work a month AND a regular 50% off discount.

I was hired through a career fair at school, along with 20 other students. The store was medium-volume and they over hired. Everyone got about 4 hours scheduled PER WEEK. I thought it'd pick up but after a month of $80 paychecks I had to quit.

The managers are intense to put it lightly. They have unrealistic sales goals of say $600 per 4-hour shift, or $150 an hour. Seem easy until you're put in fitting room for two hours and have all of your other sales stolen by other employees. Yea even the managers will steal your sales.

Eventually I quit I got fed up with the very managers who stole sales pressuring you to meet unrealistic sales goals. But then again that's what it's like to get paid on commission.
