1. Why did you create Jobbite?
Jobbite was created because I was frustrated trying to find the right place to work. I had just finished working for a company that wasn't at all what I expected it to be. As I thought about it more I realized that there wasn't any way I could have known about some of the downsides. It's difficult for professionals to really learn about a company's culture if you haven't actually worked there. I hope Jobbite can change this.
2. Are you allowed to post a review for a company?
Of course. The reviews on Jobbite are the user's individual opinion. The court system has reaffirmed that this is okay countless times. Just as it is okay to leave a review on a restaurant, book, apartment or a professor, you can leave a review on the place you work.
